anyone who plans to construct any new facility
must first obtain a permit. |

Certain types of facilities or modifications
that do not cause a significant contribution
of air contaminants when operated with certain
restrictions can apply for special
authorization. |

You should receive written notice prior to the
expiration of your permit. We can renew your
permit in order to ensure the continued
