has allowed us to remove the guess work from
the process of choosing the right stack
sampling company.
For air quality monitoring and stack
sampling coordination, we typically complete
the following:

Determine whether Stack Sampling or Data in
Lieu of Testing (DILOT) documentation should
be used to meet the sampling requirements
for your facility.

Schedule & coordinate all sampling events
and activities.

Ensure timely document submittal and testing
regarding the stack sampling requirements.

Provide the TCEQ acceptable data in lieu of
testing (DILOT) documentation that
demonstrates that the model of the hot
mix asphalt plant being constructed has been
previously tested and shown to meet the
requirements of 40 CFR Part 60, Subparts A
and I and the opacity and fabric filter
system requirements.

Maintain communication with the stack
sampling team to ensure that the plant
operates at maximum production rates during
stack emissions testing.

Submit copies of the final sampling report
within 45 days after sampling is completed.
